Search Inventory
Advanced Search
An advanced search feature is available with a few default search filters to query the Inventory. It also provides flexibility to build a custom search query by combining one or more fields with Boolean operators. Frequently used queries can be saved and shared with other users.

Build a Search Query
To build a custom search query, begin by removing the default filters. Next, click the Filter By Column button to display the available fields. Select a relevant field and repeat as needed to add more fields to build the search query.

Build a query and refine the search parameters by multi selecting within a field and/or using Boolean operators. When ready, click the Search/Load Inventory button to execute the search and display results.

Save a Search Query
To save a query, click the heart icon and click the Save Current Query button to display save options. The saved query can be shared with other users and also be set as a default. When Set Default is set to Yes, the saved query executes to display results when navigating to the Inventory main page after login.
Note: Multiple queries can be created and saved as needed.
