As an Inspector/Administrator. Click on New Inspection from the Left Navigation Pane.
Search for the space you wish to inspect* (The space needs to be assigned to that inspector before it can be inspected)
Once you have your space selected, click on confirm selection.
On the settings page, the inspector can select:
Inspection Date, the date the inspection was done. Defaults to present day. By clicking on the “Override” checkbox, the inspector can back date the inspection.
Inspection Type, the inspector can select from the different templates in the system to conduct the inspection depending on the assessment.
Department, select which department the inspection falls under.
Inspection Scope, this is a list of all the items that fall under the inspection scope.
Inspection Roster, This is the list of users who will be assigned as responsible parties when a corrective action is generated. User can be added using the "Add user to roster" search field.
Click Start Inspection when ready to begin.
The Questions page is where the bulk of the inspection assessment is conducted. The questions will be answered with radial/text/number fields depending on the questions. The inspector can use the Category drop down menu to switch between question categories depending on the Template inspected. At any time, the inspector can click the blue save button to save progress on the current inspection to save progress on the current inspection.
As the Inspector conducts their assessment they will answer some questions which will cause a corrective action to be generated.
Assign a user to address this corrective action.
Set the severity of the unsafe action.
Set the deadline for when the Corrective Action needs to be addressed
Additional comments or notes on the unsafe action.
Attach and accompanying documents such as images.
The Inspector Can Select Review Inspection to review the inspection before submitting to completion.
The Review contains information on the inspection such as Inspection details, Scope of inspection, Inspection responses, and corrective action details.
Once the inspection is done, hit Complete Inspection to proceed. The report will be generated and all corrective actions will be assigned and sent out. The report page has details on the inspection conducted including:
General details on the inspection
Inspection Scope
Roster of Responsible Party Members
Corrective Actions generated, and their associated details.
